Safe Direction Acquires Assets of CSP Pacific New Zealand
Safe Direction is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of CSP Pacific New Zealand, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to the New Zealand road safety barrier market.
The acquisition strengthens Safe Direction’s position across Australasia and ensures the continued availability of the CSP Pacific product range for customers throughout New Zealand.
As part of the transition, Safe Direction will make the CSP Pacific product portfolio available through its long-standing New Zealand distributor, SteelGal. This arrangement provides customers with a seamless supply channel backed by local expertise, responsive service, and strong technical support.
SteelGal will become the primary distribution partner for the CSP Pacific range in New Zealand, providing customers with continued access to the products for after market repairs and maintenance while benefiting from Safe Direction’s expanding product suite.
The asset acquisition aligns with Safe Direction’s strategy of expanding its presence in key infrastructure markets while strengthening local support for customers delivering critical road safety products.
