Northern Beaches Council select Safe Direction RHINO-STOP® barriers to upgrade long-serving Manly carpark facility to AS1170 compliance. RHINO-STOP® guardrail was used to replace the deteriorated and non-compliant concrete and steel balustrade perimeter.
